What exactly are we trying to maintain when we use the term Environmental Sustainability?
There is no fixed agenda built into the term Environmental Sustainability. CFM are leading experts on building Environmental Sustainability, we have well developed procedures in place to improve buildings new or old.

With a close relationship with the City of Melbourne (CoM) we know our procedures work. We’ve presented at a number of CoM functions including the High Life Expo held in the Melbourne Town Hall.

What motivates us to want to sustain something?
In a country like Australia with our culture and political processes there is strong public pressure to maintain / sustain or better our current environment.

At CFM we’ve noticed Owners Corporation generally want to improve their physical environment / buildings. A sustainable building brings out the best of the people in the building while building an environmental sustainable community.

We aim to be a paper free office with limited printing, 98% of our company running is digital.
