Centric Facilities Management were awarded the Facilities Management contract of Eight Apartments, 8 Dorcas Street in the back end of 2020.
Eight Apartments encompasses everything that inner city living is about, with over 180 lots and only a stone throw away from iconic Melbourne sites (Federation Square, The Shrine of Remembrance and Sidney Myer Music bowl) whilst still offering enough peace from the usual city hustle and bustle in the leafy green Dorcas Street.
The building has seven floors of car parking and a common area gym located on level 7.
